From the outset, our Team has been dedicated to inclusive casting practices: casting characters with disability labels with actors who directly experience the same, or similar, labels in their own lives. After a four month nationwide campaign, we assembled a phenomenal ensemble to bring the characters of Love Land to life. Our lead actors, Monica Gaseor ("Ivy") and Michael Iovine ("Roger") are players in the Dionysus Theatre in Houston, as well as recent graduates of the VAST Academy at Houston Community College.
